Casino Tram Stop

  • The Star (formerly Star City) is the primary means of public transport serving The Star casino and entertainment complex, in Pyrmont. The stop is located underneath the casino alongside a bus and coach stop. It also services commercial offices located in the area. Between 00:00 and 06:00, services from Central terminate at The Star.
  • The Mandalay Bay Tram is a 2,749-foot-long (838 m) people mover that opened on April 9, 1999 on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. It was constructed to connect three gaming hotels belonging to the MGM Mirage Group.

Due to Caesars Forum convention center construction, there is a detour to access the Harrah’s/The LINQ Monorail Station. Please access this station from the 4th floor of The LINQ parking garage. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Walking Directions to Harrah’s & The LINQ Station

  1. From Las Vegas Boulevard, enter The LINQ Hotel & Casino and walk through casino towards the Hotel Lobby.

  2. Follow Monorail directional signs towards elevator to the fourth floor of the parking garage. This elevator is located to the left of Corner Kitchen & Donuts, inside the atrium.

  3. Take elevator or stairs up to the fourth floor.

  4. Follow Monorail sign to head outside the doors. Sidewalk to your left leads to Harrah’s/The LINQ Monorail Station.

  1. From Las Vegas Boulevard, enter The LINQ and walk through the Hotel Lobby.

  2. Continue past the front- desk and follow directional signs for self-parking and the Monorail.

  3. Continue through the shopping area towards self-parking and bus depot.

  4. Take two sets of escalators or elevators to second floor.

  5. Follow Monorail directional signage that lead outside to the Harrah’s/The LINQ connector.

What do I do with a ticket I purchased and haven't used?

Our tickets normally do not expire until 12 months after the purchase date. If the Coronavirus has affected your travel plans and you think your ticket will expire before you're able to use it please contact customerservice@lvmonorail.com and one of our agents will assist you.

The Las Vegas Monorail is one of the best options to connect to all the great hotels, restaurants, and shopping along the Vegas strip. Other Important information you need to know about the Las Vegas Monorail

Las Vegas Monorail rides are free for children 5 and under.

If you don't get to use your ticket before it's time for you to leave Vegas, relax. Tickets are good for one year from the time of purchase so you can use it on your next trip. That is if you plan to return before the ticket expires.

Unlimited-Ride Passes must also be used within the 12 month period. Once the pass is initiated at the fare gates, it will expire in 24 hours or 72, 96, 120 or 168 hours. Your ticket will be stamped with expiration date and time upon first use.

Handle your Las Vegas Monorail tickets with care. Folded, bent or damaged tickets will not work in the fare gates and you will not get a refund.

You can purchase your tickets online or at the station property locations from the ticket vending machines. Online fares and station ticket prices may vary.

Las Vegas Monorail Scan and Go!

Scan and Go! allows riders to pull up their mobile tickets purchased online and scan the barcode at the Monorail fare gate. With Scan and Go there's no longer a need to print tickets, fuss with or redeem confirmations.

Once you have purchased your Las Vegas Monorail passes online, you will receive an email that includes your mobile ticket.
At the Monorail Station, to enter the fare gates, simply hold your barcode up to the scanner located in the center of the faregate. The machine will read and recognize your tickets and the fare gates will open.

Monorail Nevada Resident Discount $1 Tickets

The Las Vegas Monorail offers discount tickets for Nevada residents. These tickets are available at all Monorail customer service booths upon presentation of your valid Nevada driver's license, State of Nevada government-issued identification card or Nevada Sheriff's Card. Fare is $1 per ride. Maximum purchase: two (2) single ride tickets per person per day.

Las Vegas Monorail Accessibility

The Las Vegas Monorail system is completely ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and motorized scooters that assist those with a disability are permitted on the Monorail.

All Monorail Stations have accessible elevator service to all levels. There is also level boarding from the platform to all trains and all Monorail cars have space to accommodate mobility vehicles.
